How to order/request quotation?

What is the lead time for orders?

We require at least 7 working days lead time from confirmation of order to the date of delivery. Depending on the overall volume or quantity, the lead time is subject to change. Our dedicated customer service will inform the customer upon placement of orders :))
Can I customize my orders?

Of course! You may customize the contents of your packed meals within our selected categories to fit to your requirements. You can choose from our different boxes: 3D, 4D, and 5D. Custom sticker designs are also available upon request which are subject to additional charges. In the case that selected customers have dietary restrictions, such as allergies and medical concerns, please inform us so that we can omit certain ingredients or recommend other options to better serve your needs.
Do you have a Minimum Order Requirement?

We require at least 10pax per order. Small quantities are subject to mobilization fee. We also offer free deliveries for orders with 100pax or more. Remember, Big orders, Bigger discounts!
Can I avail discounts?
